If we wish to be healthy then we must take care about our diet

अगर हमें स्वस्थ रहना है तो हमें अपने खान-पान का ध्यान रखना होगा

So we should eat all the dishes made at home

इसलिए हमें घर में बने सभी व्यंजन खाना चाहिए

We must not avoid eating things marely because we don't like them

हमें केवल चीजों को खाने से बचना नहीं चाहिए क्योंकि हम उन्हें पसंद नहीं करते हैं

Sprouted pulses and leafy vegetables should be included often in our diet

अंकुरित दालें और पत्तेदार सब्जियों को अक्सर अपने आहार में शामिल करना चाहिए

We should also have yoghurt  and buttermilk occasionally

हमें कभी-कभी दही और छाछ भी खानी चाहिए

Newspapers and TV frequently advertise cold drinks.

They also advertise many food product

वे कई खाद्य उत्पादों का विज्ञापन भी करते हैं

We are tempted to buy them they are tasty

हम उन्हें खरीदने के लिए ललचाते हैं वे स्वादिष्ट हैं

Their wrappers are attractive but that does not mean that they are also good for health

इनके रैपर आकर्षक तो होते हैं लेकिन इसका मतलब यह नहीं है कि ये सेहत के लिए भी अच्छे होते हैं

 How does a lion cub learn how to hunt

A Lion cub is not able to hunt soon as it is born.

शेर का शावक पैदा होते ही शिकार नहीं कर पाता

These cups are quite helpless for about the first two weeks

ये शावक लगभग पहले दो सप्ताह तक काफी असहाय होते हैं

They do not even open their eyes

वे आँख भी नहीं खोलते

Therefore their mother keeps them hidden away from others

इसलिए उनकी माँ उन्हें दूसरों से दूर छिपा कर रखती हैं

When the cubs are about eight weeks of age

जब शावक लगभग 8 सप्ताह के हों

They are introduced to the other members of the pride

उन्हें pride के अन्य सदस्यों से मिलवाया जाता है

All the lionesses take care of the cubs.

सभी शेरनी शावकों की देखभाल करती हैं

A cub is pempered by all of them until it is 3 month old

एक शावक को सभी तभी तक लाड़ प्यार करते हैं जब तक कि वह 3 महीने का न हो जाए

It begins to learn how to hunt. It takes two to three years for a cub to become adept at hunting

यह सीखना शुरू कर देता है कि कैसे शिकार करना है। एक शावक को शिकार में निपुण होने में दो से तीन साल लगते हैं

Story. 3     

           the two merchants of seri

Once upon a time in a place called Siri

There lived a merchant.

एक बार शेरी नामक स्थान पर एक व्यापारी रहता था

He went from town to town selling pots and other things made up of brass and tin

वह एक नगर से दूसरे नगर जाता था, और पीतल और टिन के बर्तन और अन्य चीजें बेचता था

He travelled every day with another merchant who also sold brass and tinware

वह हर दिन एक और व्यापारी के साथ यात्रा करता था जो पीतल और टिन के बर्तन भी बेचता था

But this other man was greedy. When he sold something he sold it at a very high price

लेकिन यह दूसरा आदमी लालची था 

जब वह कुछ भेचता था तो उसे बहुत ऊंची कीमत पर बेचता था

But when he brought something he tried to give as little as possible

लेकिन जब वह कुछ खरीदा था जितना हो सके उतना कम देने की कोशिश करता था

When the two merchants went into a town

They divided the streets between them.

जब दो व्यापारी गांव में जाते थे वे आपस में सड़कों को बांट लेते थे
